Kevin Pilger and Randy Skarlupka for Outstanding ServiceIn
an effort to regularly recognize employees who exemplify
the values that are key to our long term success:
Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Community &
Commitment, Miller Felpax has instituted a series of
awards for outstanding employee commitment. The
prestigious program was implemented in October
2008. Nominations are made by all employees and each
winner gets their name engraved on a plaque that is openly
displayed for all company visitors to view. In May of
2010, Kevin Pilger was recognized for his dedication to
teamwork and co-employee Randy Skarlupka was presented
with the MVP Award for Integrity, Teamwork, Respect and
Excellence.
