- Winona, Mn., January 2009 - Miller Felpax Presents Values Award for Integrity to Matt PapenfussIn an effort to regularly recognize employees who exemplify the values that are key to our long term success: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Community & Commitment, Miller Felpax has instituted a series of awards for outstanding employee commitment. The prestigious program was implemented in October 2008. Nominations are made by all employees and each winner gets their name engraved on a plaque that is openly displayed for all company visitors to view. In January of 2009, Matt Papenfuss was awarded with the Integrity Award for his dedication to the company mission.
