- Winona, Mn., October 2008 - Miller Felpax Presents Values Award for Excellence to Jesse SmithIn an effort to regularly recognize employees who exemplify the values that are key to our long term success: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Community & Commitment, Miller Felpax has instituted a series of awards for outstanding employee commitment. The prestigious program was implemented in October 2008. Nominations are made by all employees and each winner gets their name engraved on a plaque that is openly displayed for all company visitors to view. In October of 2008, Jesse Smith was awarded with the Values Award for Excellence for his dedication to the company mission.
