Values Award for Respect to Rick SpitzerIn an
effort to regularly recognize employees who exemplify the
values that are key to our long term success: Excellence,
Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Community & Commitment,
Miller Felpax has instituted a series of awards for
outstanding employee commitment. The prestigious program
was implemented in October 2008. Nominations are
made by all employees and each winner gets their name
engraved on a plaque that is openly displayed for all
company visitors to view. In May of 2009, Rick Spitzer was
awarded with the Values Award for Respect for his dedication to the
company mission.
