Miller Felpax Awarded AAR M-1003 Quality Assurance System Certification

(November 2005) Miller Felpax has been awarded the Association of American Railroads M-1003 Quality Assurance Program Certification. AAR M-1003 certification demonstrates that Miller Felpax has a rigorous quality assurance system in place to ensure continuous improvement and quality of railway products and services. It enhances the railroad industry’s confidence in the ability of suppliers such as Miller Felpax to provide quality goods and services on a continuing basis.

Miller Felpax is one of only 110 suppliers to win certification for the AAR M-1003 Quality Assurance Program. Suppliers must undergo a complete quality system audit under M-1003 standards to certify that implemented quality systems are in compliance with Association of American Railroads criteria.
